My Argument
The argument I admittingly started was with my brother. We had a disputation over the reasoning I had for believing swimming was a more competitive sport than football. He believes that football is more competitive because the team has to run down a clock to score point for there teams. I believe that swimming is more competitive because it is not a team against a team, it is a human against a human. Each member has to individualy push themselves to there limit and if they don't then they are letting themselves down, which is worse than letting other people down in my observation. We came to an agreement that we both had valid points (which was not easy) because we saw what the other person saw, not just there own point of view.

What Jiro Means to Me
I believe that Jiro is an incredible person. He is a hard worker and he is always striving to do better on whatever he is working on. Jiro said in his interview "Always look ahead and above yourself". That really spoke to me and told me how much Jiro really cared for the work he did. I look at Jiro and I see someone with drive, someone who will stop at nothing to accomplish what he wants to accomplish. In this generation it seems fewer people are as determined and ambitious as Jiro. I mean don't take this the wrong way, some people in my generation have great ideas and ambition like no other, but there just isn't as many as there used to be. We all need to just try a little more and work a little harder and great things will come out of this world. Jiro has worked very hard to be were he is and with the amount of comition he had coming in around the time this documentary was made, he could be traveling the world, but he's working in his kitchen because that is what he has the passion to do. Now I'm not saying that we al nerd to be kicked out on our buts at a young age but we need to have the motivation and drive like we just where. It's people like Jiro that show you why you should want to be a better version of yourself.
